hi all...!!! new here to this site.....its taken me a long time to decide to get un lazy...and to start posting....so alot of the stuff im uploading is older stuff.....basically you will be able to tell the new from the old...the old stuff is on toned paper..and the newer stuff is on white paper it took me a long time to find paper that im really happy with... my newer stuff is more portrait esk work....so hopfully you all will enjoy ,,if not....oh well..             thanks for checking my stuff out p.s  thanks to straycat for giving me the ensentive to get un lazy....... jason m.

do u use like a grid when u draw realistic drawings to get the right proportions ?

yes i do,,i grid it out,get it close to where i think it should be ,,then i will trace the actual picture/photo and put it over the grid drawing i just did to see how close i got to the origional,,this method has to be done this way...you cannot rely on a grid system when doing a portrait,,especially if your being paid to do it...it has to be perfect,,i enjoy seeing how close i can get to the origional using the grid,,,but you will always have to tweak it using the actual tracing,,,it has to be done this way..
